A recognized authority in the field of organizational management and development, Dr. Flamholtz has authored several books, including How to Make the Transition from an Entrepreneurship to a Professionally Managed Firm, Growing Pains, The Inner Game of Management (co-authored), Human resource Accounting, Effective Organizational Control, and Changing the Game: Managing Organizational Transformations of the First, Second, and Third Kinds (co-authored).
