Guide to Law On-line: Russia. Law Library of Congress
Its mission is to provide research and legal information to the US Congress
as well as to US Federal Courts and Executive Agencies, and to offer reference
services to the public. To accomplish this mission, it has created the world's
largest collection of law books and other legal resources from all countries,
and now moves into the age of digitized information with online databases and
guides to legal information worldwide.

ABA. Central and East European Law Initiative (CEELI)
ABA/CEELI, a public service project of the American Bar Association, advances
the rule of law in the world by supporting the legal reform process in Central
and Eastern Europe and the New Independent States of the former Soviet Union.
Developed with the assistance of lawyers, judges, and law professors, the site
is currently being redesigned. CEELI includes a useful "sites of interest" section
which links to a good selection of sites for the region and then sites for 24
countries from Albania to Uzbekistan.
