GLOBAL SURVEY OF EXPECTATIONS & EXPERIENCES
WITH ISO 9000 & ISO 14000

Together with Dr. Jeh-Nan Pan (National Cheng-Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan), I am currently organizing a global survey of firms' expectations and experiences with ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 certification.  We have partners in approximately 15 countries who are conducting the survey in their respective countries.  The survey instrument used in the US, and the blank Excel template for entering the survey data, are available here.  Please email me if you would like more information about participating in the survey.
